The building is dated at the end of the 19th century, the cast iron railings by example, are a reference to Garnier, the architect who designed the Opéra de Paris. The palace, due to its remarkable historical relevance, is protected by the Regional Surintendency for the Fine Arts of Liguria. The entire structure has been constantly renewed and the hotel has always maintained its activity throughout time.  Today guests, greeted in Italian, English and French, find an ideal atmosphere to spend their vacation in the most comfortable and pleasant way.
